Palacete de Cázulas is the perfect place to get away from it all. Set high up the spectacular Rio Verde valley between Granada (60 mins) and the coast (30 mins), this delightful country property can accommodate from 12 to 24 guests, making it ideally suited for mixed family holidays, small business reunions or as a base for special interest groups organised by clubs or friends. The property comprises the mansion house, where most of the accommodation is located, a separate cottage with two bedrooms, spacious ornamental gardens, private chapel, pool, tennis court and outside summer bar/eating area, all surrounded by magnificent views of the hillsides and valley.
Palacete de Cázulas is a convenient base from which to explore the area or undertake organised activities. For sightseeing there is Granada, the ski resort of Solynieve (Sierra Nevada) or the Alpujarra mountains, just a few of the numerous attractions that lie within a day's excursion from the property. Those interested in more active pursuits will find a huge choice of local sports, from deep sea diving on the coast to hangliding in the mountains. The palacete is available for rental periods of one week or more. The cottage can be rented along with the main house or separately. |

The main house: All rooms are individually decorated and, like the rest of the house, furnished with antiques and curios. Bathrooms are all ensuite. |

The cottage: This is a rustic-style cottage with new kitchen, modern ensuite bathrooms, electric heating and open log fire. The building leads off a shared courtyard and has superb valley views. Within the terms of the rental agreement, staff are included to provide basic cleaning and maintenance of the house and gardens on a daily basis.
Catering: This can be undertaken fully or partly by guests or left completely to the catering staff who can arrange the shopping, preparation and cooking of set meals, buffets, picnics etc. The large, rustically-designed modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater for groups of up to 25 people or more.

Guests enjoying either private or company holidays will be enchanted by the peace and quiet at Cázulas. Total relaxation and all services catered for - now that's a holiday! The property offers a spacious venue for holding wedding receptions in the sun. Although wedding services cannot be performed in our private chapel, we can arrange blessings and other ecumenical services. Catering can be provided for up to 60 people.
The house is highly suited for small business groups wishing complete privacy for their meetings. We can set up conference facilities for up to 25 people, along with separate workshop or seminar areas according to requirements. Audiovisual equipment, translation and secretarial services can be arranged. Sports opportunities abound, including hiking, parapente, mountain bike, canyoning, horseriding, watersports (such as diving, windsurfing and sailing), snow-skiing, golf, and so on. Artists of all mediums will find more than enough subject matter to keep them happy while those interested in local culture and history will find that two thousand years of diverse cultural influences have left their mark on the area, providing numerous opportunities to investigate and study a whole range of subjects from fine art and architecture to music and dance. The house and gardens also provide a dramatic backdrop for film, TV or advertising shoots. Light conditions are ideal for most of the year. Location fees by arrangement.
