Almunecar.Com, in collaboration with selected real estate agencies in Almuñécar and La Herradura, offers a free online Property Search Service to anyone looking for a place to buy in the area. There is absolutely no obligation and no cost.

By filling in the Search Form you will be sent a selected list of properties by email that best fit your requirements. If you find something of interest you can then directly contact the agency concerned. If you don't find what you want then you can either continue the search using the same parameters, start a new search using different search criteria, or stop the process. It's simple.

Search Notes
First, you should fill in the Property Search Form with the most relevant details of the type of property that you're looking for. Add any special requirements or comments in the box at the end of the form. If you are looking for more than one type of property (for example, a house or a building plot), you should fill in and submit a separate Search Form for each type of property.

Upon sumission of the completed Search Form, it will be sent automatically to the collaborating agencies who will check their books and make a selection of suitable properties. This initial selection, including some representative photos, will be sent to you as soon as possible, normally within three working days. You will also receive full information on how to contact the agency dealing with the properties.

If you want to have further details or see more photos about any specific properties, then you should reply to the email stating which properties interest you along with your comments or queries. Alternatively you can follow up by phone or fax if you prefer.

If you don't find what you're looking for out of the selected list but would like the search to continue, you should simply hit the reply button to our message and return it to us unedited. The agencies will then continue looking for properties according to the original parameters and send you a new selection when it's available. If, however, you want to change the search criteria, essentially starting a new search, then you should fill in the form again and submit it as before. The process will then start again.

If you want to stop the search altogether, simply don't reply to the email. We won't bother you with further messages and your details will be removed from our database after 30 days. Read our Privacy Policy.
